hand spun and commercial wool yarn, distorted galvanized cages
h 8’ x w 3’ x 3 d’

The wire cages were once used to protect young trees. I distort the shape by jumping on them, then wrap them with soft plant dyed wool yarn. Eleven industrial- hand made hybrid “anatomical” parts are bundled to create the contrasting and semi-transparent hanging installation suggesting how little we know about the anatomy of nature.
